Search

Search enables you to find your files quickly and easily. Access the most recently uploaded and updated files by clicking the magnifying glass.

You can also access the the recently uploaded and updated files by clicking the Recent Items button, the clock icon on the left hand column.

Searching is made incredibly easy and specific. You can filter search where the project is (In), the (Type) of the project, the specific date the project was (Created), the specific date the project was (Modified), the user the project or asset was uploaded (By), the filename, title, or description the project (Contains), the (Filesize) of the project, the width and/or height (Dimensions) of the project, the (Duration) of the project, and existing (Tags) connected to the project.

Filters & Faucet Menu

There is a faucet menu where you can view your projects and filter your search to sort by tags or asset type. Each of these facets will have a number next to the tag name and type which indicates how many assets have those tags or apply to that type.

Clicking the arrow surrounded by horizontal lines will take you to the Faucet Menu. Under Filters, you can click the options: IN PROJECT, USERS, TYPE, and TAG to specify your search.

Projects

The main page is your projects home screen. You can access your projects and assets within each project by clicking the file cabinet icon.

Like the Search, Spotlight, and Recent Items pages, This screen can be viewed as either a grid or a list. At the top right of the screen you can click between a cluster of small squares (grid) and three horizontal bars (list).

You can view your projects and their sub-folders here.
